CURRENCY - All pricing is in Canadian dollars. (Instant approx. 25% savings for all US Customers)

RETURNS - I offer a 30 day money back, no questions asked return. So if your new art piece doesn't look as good as you had hoped or expected you can send it back undamaged in its original packaging with recorded delivery and I will give you a full refund minus any shipping costs.

SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED - If your purchase arrives and the box is damaged, please contact me immediately via my website or email danahgraceart@gmail.com to let me know. Before opening the package, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package. You may open the package to see if the work has been damaged (hopefully not). If the painting or print is damaged please photograph the damaged artwork. NOTE: Every original work of art is photographed before and after it is packaged and is sent to you for insurance purposes. All of my original artworks are insure for transportation.

SHIPPING FROM CANADA TO THE US AND ABROAD - All shipping is from Canada and all US and foreign clients will be responsible for paying applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their purchases.

SHIPPING FEES -All shipping fees for PRINTS purchased on the site are pre-calculated for Canada and US. All other countries will need to contact me directly through the website to arrange shipping fees. If you are purchasing an original piece it will be shipped from the studio I contact you to arrange shipping fees. All foreign clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their purchases.

SHIPPING - All works of art are insured for shipping to clients and will be shipped with UPS or Canada Post. Tracking numbers will be supplied for every purchase.

All materials that I use when creating my drawings and paintings are chosen for their quality and archival properties. Original paintings are created on either stretched canvas, wood panel, or mixed media/heavier watercolour paper. My pastel drawings are created in chalk pastel on paper and are sprayed with a fixatif after completion. Fixatif holds the pastel in place to prevent some of the dust from rubbing off.
